Refund and Exchange Policies

Handmade Nature: Most of our products are handcrafted, so slight imperfections may occur. These variations are a testament to the unique craftsmanship behind each piece.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Return Eligibility: For damaged items, return the unused product in its original condition and packaging with all accessories.

Cancellation Policies

  1. Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order for standard products until it is shipped.

  2. No Charges: If the cancellation is requested within the specified time frame and before the order is processed for shipping, there will be no cancellation charges.

  3. Refund Process: If the cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  4. Cancellation of Custom Products:

    • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your custom product order before the creation process has started (24 hours after placing the order)

    • If the cancellation is requested before the creation process begins, there will be no cancellation charges.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at hello@alittlelove.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know the reason for the refund request and provide your order number.

  2. Verification: Our team will review your request and may request additional information, such as photographs of the item and packaging, to assess the situation accurately.

  3. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for packaging the item securely. Please keep the original packing materials and any accessories that came with the item.

  4. Pickup Arrangement: We will arrange for our courier partners to pick up the item from your doorstep. A scheduled pickup date and time will be communicated to you.

  5. Inspection: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the original condition and packaging.

  6. Refund Processing: If the returned item meets our refund criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at hello@alittlelove.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know the reason for the refund request and provide your order number.

  2. Exchange Availability: Our team will confirm the availability of the desired exchange item and provide further instructions.

  3. Verification and Approval: Similar to the refund process, we may request additional information or photographs to verify the exchange request.

  4. Pickup Arrangement: We will arrange for our courier partners to pick up the original item from your doorstep. A scheduled pickup date and time will be communicated to you.

  5. Inspection: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the original condition and packaging.

  6. Exchange Item Dispatch: After receiving the original item, we will dispatch the exchange item to your address. You will receive tracking information for the new shipment.
